The entertainment industry has a long memory — and an even longer history of leaving Black artists out of the business conversation. Which means we have to learn it harder, navigate it smarter, and share what we know more intentionally than anyone else.


The Black to Black Series exists to change that — one conversation at a time. This series brings together a panel of working Black practitioners for a real, direct, no-fluff discussion on the four things that determine whether a creative career survives: Money, Structure, Branding & Visibility, and Opportunity. This isn't a lecture. It's a working session — interactive, honest, and built around the questions Black artists in Chicago are actually asking.
